Pneumonia, how sad is that...

What is pneumonia?

Pneumonia is an infection of one or both lungs which is usually caused by bacteria, viruses, or fungi. Prior to the discovery of antibiotics, one-third of all people who developed pneumonia subsequently died from the infection. Currently, over 3 million people develop pneumonia each year in the United States. Over a half a million of these people are admitted to a hospital for treatment. Although most of these people recover, approximately 5% will die from pneumonia. Pneumonia is the sixth leading cause of death in the United States.


So my poor little Jack has pneumonia. I cant even to begin by tell you how sad it is. He has had a 103' temp this whole weekend and i was just giving him stuff to help with that, but I didn't even think about this. He is so sad and wants me to hold him every second of the day.

THE FLU

So Jackson has the flu... Im so bummed and so sad for this poor little guy. He hasn't eaten anything in the past couple days so I thought he just wasn't hungry, so he ate this morning, then this afternoon he kind of picked at his plate and that was all. Then all of a sudden we were playing and he looked at me and then what happened next, the throw up all orange and nasty all over the carpet. Then who got to clean it up oh yeah thats right ME... Andrew did the easy part of putting him in the bath tub. POOR LITTLE JACK GET BETTER...

My weekend Away Was Awesome

So Andrew surprised me with a fun weekend away this past week. He planned the whole thing down to where we were staying what activities we were going to do and where we would go to dinner. It was so thoughtful and so fun of him to think about that. I really needed a weekend away. Many of you moms who have kids 5 and under know what i am saying about that. So Andrew on Friday after noon put me in the car and we drove to Park City Utah... Not that, that is far from us anyways, but we hardly go up there so it was really fun. We got there and he was even nice enough to take me to the outlet stores. So we walked around there for about and hour and a half, then we headed to The Canyons were we stayed. We then later headed to dinner to my FAVORITE PLACE Ruth's Chris YUMMY!!!! Saturday we went skiing all day, i was so sore since i haven't been skiing in years but i still have it since i grew up skiing my whole life. It was so fun even though i was sore. Andrew snowboarded and he has not been for a couple years ether so it took him a while to get it but once he did he was really good. After that we ate at a lodge for lunch at about 2:30 we headed down the mountain for a wonderful message. We went to dinner later at a place called RedRock it is another good place to eat, went to He's just not that into you, headed back to the hotel went to bed cause we were both so tired from skiing and now we are home. It was the best weekend ever. I cant wait till the Next one. That will be England in May.. HORRAY

Just to Catch up

Well lately all i have been just adding pictures so i thought why not write a little about what is going on in our lives these days.

Andrew at the moment still had a job, working in the building industry these days isn't good, so he is still designing away. They have fired so many people that the ones that are left have to pick up the slack.
Hunter is getting so big, its sad when they do that loosing teeth, using words like fantastic, amazing, ect. is like baby life is over for them they want to be big. He will start Kindergarten this next school year i can't believe that. WOW!!! Although he still likes to act like the baby. He cuddles me and wants me to rock him which I'm not complaining about i like it but he is 5 years old.
Lily she is a smart little girl, the smartest in her class which isn't a good thing for me since after i left high school i forgot everything. Luck her dad is smart and he will be able to help her out. She is a real princess, tender may i add, but a true sweetheart. She is a wonderful daughter.
Jackson he is a wild man, he is about as big as the other kids its crazy. For sure they will all be taller than me but that is okay i have been short long enough to know its okay. Jack is so good at basketball its crazy you would think yeah right but really i cant believe it. My family thinks we should put him in a special super star 3 year old basket ball group. I don't really think they have those but if they did maybe.
Joy (me) being a mom is the best, it is a little crazy at times but I couldn't ask for anything better. The best thing about this year is having my brother return home with HONOR from his mission. That was the best thing, he is such a great person and i am so thankful that he did what he was suppose to do. The other great this about this year will be mine and Andrews 7 yr ann. I can't believe it 7 years WOW... With all the great things that has happened over this last year i couldn't ask for more. Im Thank full for it all.
